Leslie is an ordained minister & a Reiki Master certified in the use of Harmonic Sound for healing. She holds a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology & is licensed in the state of Massachusetts. Her understanding of energy, emotional development, family systems & spirituality has enabled her to develop a systemic technique that induces extreme relaxation necessary to address anxiety, promote emotional release & free the mind in order to reach life goals.
Talk Therapy
Leslie is trained in the use of Person Centered & Cognitive Behavioral techniques. The client talks freely about current struggles while developing an understanding of obstacles related to childhood & adolescent development. Leslie assists the client to process repercussive connections between the past & present and to understand the interaction between body, thoughts, feelings & behaviors as an interactive system that affects outcomes. Simply put; understanding & changing your perspectives can change your life.

Play therapy techniques used with children. Trained in expressive techniques such as psychodrama, dream work, art, writing, music & sand tray.
