SPRING EQUINOX GONG IMMERSION

3 Littleton Rd, Fl 2nd, Westford, Massachusetts 01886 Spring is a fertile time of the year, where energy is abundant, nature is stirring, and seeds are awakening. It is the perfect time of letting go of what does not serve your highest potential and creating opportunities to cultivate your inner garden for positive changes, growth and empowerment.

In this 4 hour class, we will start off with a native chant and intention setting. The group will be guided on a relaxing journey in preparation for a 3 hour sound immersion. Join 5 gong players as they facilitate a sonic immersion; to awaken, rejuvenate & harmonize the mind, body and soul.
Arrive early to settle in. Bring floor props (blankets, pillows, mats) for your comfort. Chair seating is available. Light snacks and beverage will be provided. Doors close promptly at 2PM.
